hawaii's 5-star dj

We're honored to hold a 5-star average on Google and the Wedding Wire.

We hired Gabi as our DJ/MC for our wedding because he was highly recommended. He did not disappoint! Our guests had a blast with him and the music/lighting were perfect!

- Chloe P.

My husband and I weren't even planning on getting a DJ, but as soon as Shane and Gabriel called me, I realized the importance of their role. They were so accommodating with the prices! They also had a pre-written list of music they use for weddings and I couldn't be more impressed at their professionalism and how quickly they would reply to our e-mails.

- Stephanie

Gabi was such a great resource and help. He was always willing to meet up if I had questions or concerns. My guests loved his attitude and energy. I only wish we could have more parties to use him for!

About DJ Gabstop

Aloha, my name is Gabriel, aka DJ Gabstop. Music has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember, my first gig as a Disc Jockey was just after graduating high school in 1996 and I have been rocking parties ever since. I grew up in a small town called San Bernadino, located just outside of LA and I was itching to get out and explore. A friend of mine was already living on Oahu so, I figured why not give it a shot.

I bought a one-way plane ticket and never looked back. This beautiful island has been my home since 2002. I am fortunate to have lived on the beloved North Shore for most of those years. It’s where Island Escape Entertainment was born.

In my spare time, I enjoy music, the beach, surfing, and being outdoors with my family. I am a husband to my beautiful wife and a father to a little princess.

With 25+ years of DJ experience and 15 of those professionally performing at wedding celebrations, corporate events, military balls, night clubs, and just about any place or occasion calling for a ‘break the dance floor kind of party!! Whatever you're celebrating, DJ Gabstop is here to bring fire to the dance floor, and make memories for a lifetime!
